Applicant Management - On-line submission of applications and access to applicant data via the web. Applicant information by individual, group, or open positions. Image documents such as placement files, reference letters, etc. are electronically stored and viewable via the internet for authorized administrators, along with the applicant data file.

HR Records - Maintain employee data including demographics, background checks, certification, licensure, degrees, credits, required training, NCLB requirements, work experience, evaluation history and payroll data for financial processes.

Professional Development - Web based program to manage course postings, registrations, processing, and upload of data to employee records. Manages fiscal aspects of employee professional development funds, providing for electronic approval processes.

hrmPortal - The portal provides a web-based content management system with access to applicant and employee records and the professional development system, as well as a host of reports that support the typical HR functions. Administrators enjoy the ease of using the Internet to access key data.

Absence Management - This custom module is designed to support the detailed records necessary to maintain& Leave data.

Seniority - This custom module is designed to support the detailed records necessary to maintain seniority data and produces a variety of reports to support senioirty related procedures.

Substitute Records - This custom module is designed to support the detailed records necessary to maintainsubstitute data.

Substitute Dispatching. Partnered with Substitute Online, we provide a comprehensive web-based substitute dispatching tool.

Job Descriptions. Partnered with Educational Management Systems we provide Jobs Plus, an elite tool to that provides you with job descriptions, tools to modify or develop your own description; and a web-based performance evaluation tool that integrates performance assessment with job requirements.

Compliance Training. Partnered with Global Compliance, we offer an on-line employee training program, designed to ensure your employees receive induction and on-going training to meet legal and district training requirements - all done through the interent.
