   Our Applicant Management tools, including a completely web-based .net platform, provide an easy solution to a complex HR function of applicant intake and management, consisting of:
  • Easy-to-use online application system with automated tools for applicants to easily view their checklist and determine the completeness of their application, notification of job openings, electronic processing of references, point and click data entry, background/disclosure check that notifies the district when questionable information is presented.
  • Job Request. Utilizing only the internet, authorized staff can submit a request to post a vacant position. This tool includes a routing option to electronically route the request to individuals for approval with the final approval process controlled by HR.
  • Search. Extensive and robust search tools allow authorized users to locate applicants by a wide-variety of criteria such as jobs for which they have applied, major, minor, degrees, screening data, previous interview data, and applicant preferences with multiple report formats for output.
  • Screening. Quickly and easily store either general file screening and/or specific job screening to maintain EEOC required documentatin of the selection processes. 
  • Interviewing. Use this tool to quickly store interview results that are then always available as part of that applicant record; and available by job data for documentation purposes.
  • Recommendation for Hire. Utilizing only the internet, authorized staff can submit the recommendation for hire, along with information required by the district for processing and final approval. This tool includes a routing option to electronically route the request to individuals for approval with a final approval process controlled by HR. This process also produces a Board agenda.
  • Applicant Management. Multiple tools allow the district to easily view and manage the status of applicants with multiple control options for visibility of data at the work-site level.
  • Reports. Comprehensiving reports are available at the click of a button providing superior support to the selection processes. Becuase this system was designed for and by school users, these reports reflect the every-day requirements of school HR functions.
  • Defaults. Each district can establish a series of defaults to control use of the system to meet their needs.
